Turn plates are essential for alignment procedures because they allow controlled wheel rotation while caster, camber, and steering angles are measured.
- This SARV Mechanical Turn Table is designed specifically for passenger car wheel alignment. It is free-floating with 360-degree movement in all directions, achieved through steel balls housed in a plastic cage. This low-friction design supports smooth wheel rotation and stable positioning during alignment operations.
- The turn plate is manufactured from heavy-duty steel sheet and finished with a red powder-coated surface treatment for corrosion resistance and extended service life. For workshop stability, it includes a dual pin locking system that keeps the slip plate zeroed and stable while the vehicle drives onto the plate and when the turn plates are not in use.
- The unit is equipped with a built-in handle for easy carriage and an auto-centering design to support correct wheel positioning. A clear and easy-to-read scale (0–60 degrees left and right) helps technicians measure caster, camber, and steering alignment accurately.
- With a 1000 kg (1 ton) load capacity per plate, this Mechanical Turn Table is suitable for passenger cars and professional wheel alignment bays.
