- Sarv manufactures a complete range of high precision wheel alignment turn plates designed for accurate and repeatable alignment measurements. Turn plates are essential for wheel alignment because they allow smooth wheel rotation while caster, camber, and steering angles are measured.
- The SARV Mechanical Turn plate 1100817 is designed for passenger cars, LCVs, and most 4-wheeler tyre sizes. The plate is free-floating with 360-degree movement in all directions, achieved through a low-friction ball system. This model uses 36 balls (Ø12mm) housed in a plastic cage to ensure smooth and consistent movement during alignment procedures.
- Manufactured from special steel and finished with electroless nickel plating, the Mechanical Turn plate offers excellent corrosion resistance and long service life in demanding workshop environments. The unit is equipped with a built-in handle for easy carriage, along with an auto-centering design to support correct wheel positioning.
- A dual pin locking system provides stability by keeping the slip plate zeroed while the vehicle drives onto the turn plate and also when the plates are not in use. This model also includes a run-up ramp, making it easier for the vehicle to drive on and center properly on the turntable.
- The easy-to-read scale (0–60 degrees left and right) supports accurate caster, camber, and steering alignment measurement, improving technician efficiency and alignment accuracy.
