- Sarv manufactures a complete range of high precision alignment turn plates engineered to improve wheel alignment accuracy and workshop efficiency. Turn plates are essential during alignment because they allow the front wheels to rotate smoothly while caster, camber, and steering alignment angles are measured.
- This model is designed specifically for passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. The turn plates are free-floating with full 360-degree movement, achieved through a low-friction system using Delrin balls housed inside a plastic cage. This allows smooth wheel rotation and stable positioning during alignment procedures.
- Unlike conventional heavy steel turntables, this version is manufactured from a special grade of aluminium and is extremely lightweight for easy lifting and handling. It features an improved anti-skid design and a unique circle division layout that makes the degree markings easier to read during alignment work. The surface is treated with high-quality powder spraying for durability and long-term workshop use.
- For safe drive-on and accurate positioning, the plates include a dual pin locking system to keep the slip plate zeroed and stable. Rubber stoppers (Sarv Part No. 1101317RS) are included to help center the turn plate while the vehicle drives up onto it.With a load capacity of 1500 kg (1.5 ton) per plate, these heavy duty alignment turn plates are suitable for passenger cars, LCVs, and most 4-wheeler tire sizes used in professional wheel alignment service centers.
