- Sarv manufactures a range of high precision wheel alignment turn plates designed to deliver accurate, repeatable alignment measurements for heavy-duty vehicles. In truck and bus wheel alignment, smooth wheel rotation and stable positioning are critical for measuring caster, camber, steering alignment, and other alignment angles correctly.
- This model is a heavy-duty electronic turn plates built for professional commercial vehicle alignment bays. The plate provides free-floating 360-degree movement in all directions through a low-friction ball system. It uses 120 Delrin balls (Ø18mm) housed in a plastic cage, ensuring smooth rotation under heavy loads while maintaining long-term durability.
- To support safe workshop operation, the unit includes a dual pin locking system that keeps the slip plate zeroed and stable. This is especially useful while the vehicle drives up onto the turntable and when the plates are not in use. The built-in handle allows easy carriage, and the auto-centering design supports correct wheel positioning.
- For accurate measurement, the turn plates includes an easy-to-read scale (0–60° left and right) and a digital display with a measuring range of 0–360°. The rotary encoder provides a 0.1° degree resolution, making this electronic turn plates suitable for precision wheel alignment applications.
- Manufactured from CRC steel and finished with electroless nickel plating, it offers excellent corrosion resistance and extended lifespan in demanding workshop environments. A run-up ramp is also included to help the vehicle center correctly on the turn plates.
