- Both mounting and demounting levers include plastic rollers that reduce tool-to-bead friction, helping limit wear on the tire bead and rim contact areas—supporting lower damage risk and helping reduce retreading-related losses.
- The demounting lever is designed to remove both the top and bottom bead without lifting the rim, improving control and reducing operator effort.
- For mounting, the mounting lever works with the bead holding tool to guide the bead back onto the rim efficiently, with the bead breaker helping prevent bead slip during the process.
- The included spring-operated impact bead breaker provides strong bead-breaking action intended to separate the bead without damaging it when used properly.
- The kit also includes quick-drying vegetable grease–based tire lubricant and a brush for smooth application around the bead, plus a duster for cleaning dust and debris before service.
